Missing BMW M3 Evolution II E30

BMW M3 Evolution II E30      77950     Drag, Drift, Off-road, Race, Runner
 
I cant find this car in the game. but it is on official car list. anyone can help me ?

    It might be in the game..you might have to work for it as you play out the storyline.

    yea it might be like that. but the other cars are locked but I still can see them compared to this one I cant even find it in any of those dealerships
