missing flamingo

Product: Need for Speed Heat Platform:Microsoft XBOX One Summarize your bug i’m going for 100% completion and i have all but one flamingo. i looked up where it’s supposed to be but it won’t come up...

I have no idea what tunnel exists near where this flamingo is supposed to be. I have found every other flamingo in the game and missing this one prevents me from unlocking a new car. Please help!

@rdy805 I had the same problem. But if you zoom in on your map, you can see that there is a railway tunnel underneath the grass.
