Missing Game Entitlement: Need for Speed (2015)-Steam/EA App Sync Issue Case

I am experiencing a persistent Entitlement Desync issue with Need for Speed (2015). I purchased the game on Steam on April 29th, but it does not appear in my EA App library. When I try to launch it via Steam, I receive a "You don't have access" error in the EA App.
My accounts are correctly linked, and my other Steam-purchased EA titles work perfectly.
Details for verification:
EA ID: SeniorZamiel
Steam ID: Zamiel
Case Number: #244100858
Invoice ID: I have the Invoice ID ready to share with an EA Staff member privately for security reasons.I have already contacted live support twice. The first agent transferred me, and the second agent ended the chat without a solution after suggesting a bug report, despite me having valid proof of purchase.I am requesting a Manual Entitlement Grant so I can access the product I legally own. Steam support cannot help with EA's internal database issues.Thank you for your assistance.

    Hey SeniorZamiel,

    Thanks for that update!

In that case, it'd definitely be worth having live support take a closer look at both EA accounts to see what might be going on. Unfortunately, we can't discuss or support account-related requests here on the forums, so you'll need to reach out to an advisor for further support and rule out an entitlement issue.

Please also check out the first post in this thread for additional troubleshooting steps and provide the prompted information to help us investigate this: How to Fix the "You don't have access" Error in EA app.

Hello EA_mplsnow, thanks for getting back to me. I can confirm that the Steam account Zamiel I used for this purchase is the exact same one currently linked to my EA account SeniorZamiel. I even checked my Steam order history just to be 100% sure. I did recently re-link my accounts to keep everything together, but I actually bought Need for Speed after I made sure they were properly connected. I've already tried logging out, clearing the EA App cache, and even resetting my password like the support agents suggested, but I still keep getting that "You don't have access" error. Since everything seems correct on my end, could you please help with a manual entitlement grant or check the backend sync for my account? I'm ready to share my Invoice ID privately if you need it. Thanks!

    Hey SeniorZamiel

Just to confirm, is the Steam account that you used to purchase Need for Speed the same account that's currently linked to your EA account? Please check your Steam order history to confirm.

Additionally, have you unlinked Steam from a different EA account after purchasing the game? It sounds like you might've purchased or connected the game with another EA account, and Steam still thinks that other EA account is the owner of the game.

If you haven't already, please try logging out of the EA App, clearing its cache, and signing in using Steam to see if Need For Speed appears in your library.

Let us know how it goes, thanks!
