Missing trophies

Hi, I wanted to check if the achievements showed up in the end, it's been a while. 

Product: Need for Speed Heat
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
Summarize your bug The "comebackKid" trophy or achievement doesnt appear after completed it corectly 100% sure i have done it 4 times . But still the achivement doesnt appear.
What car were you using? Any
Was the car your own build or downloaded from the in-game community? Personal Build
What was the last event you played? Flying ducthman
Was it a day or a night event? Night Event
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Check the last 6 days report of my account of my gameplay on circuit race in dayevent. Then see my current position on the 3/3 final lap of the circuit which is correct for completing this achievement.
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing happen the race end without the achievement uncomplete.
What do you expect to see? The achievement /trophy of course

To summarize,

I have not gotten the comeback trophy for the comeback kid on my xbox one. You will find attach the trophy that im refering .

To give you more proof i will be doing a race in day event and screenshot my current position on the 3/3 on the final lap last to first .

Some trophies are missing in nfs heat in ps4. 

I’ve already finished the story but missing chapter 1, 2 and first pick trophies is killing me cuz I am hunting platinum one. Plz fix that.
