I can't imagine anyone completing the Top Gun mission (airborne time) ever, but some of those are makeable. Drifting may be tedious, I'm currently on lvl8, as I do most of my races on autopilot (easydrive), Trophy Room, Super Tanker and Full Burn are missions you just have to let it happen, not hunt for it - you don't need those rewards, they'll come as a bonus.
Top Gun is the only ridiculous one - I suspect it may require around thousand hours of airborne time, which translates to milions of races - nothing I imagine myself doing.

Indeed. Especially when the cash reward isn't even that attractive to begin with.
I did 4300 of 7200 seconds airbourne in Top Gun III. I wonder how many more are there. Is there a Top Gun V?
Oh man, I'm on level 100. My missions are :
Trophy room VII (win 10000 races)
Full burn VI ( burn 129600 seconds of nitro )
Top Gun IV ( Get airborne for 28800 ) :'( and that's the one it kills me, how the hell I supposed to finished it !!
Super tanker VII ( use 15000 fuel )
