Your best solution is to try backing up your save and importing your backup if you encounter the problem again.
i shouldn’t have to do anything though. This should be prioritized to fix asap if so many people are having the problem. That’s why i felt the need to post my own along with all the other ones
Well you're not really helping anyone by crowding the forums with more of the threads; your complaints should all be within one big post where everyone is referring to the issue.
I, personally, have never had the experience of losing progress or money, but I would imagine it's moreso an issue on your end of it than the developer's. Check your storage spaces.

Agreed!!!! I’ve been exsperiencing the same crap and it’s seriously becoming super upsetting n aggravating , I’ve spent hours on this game then wen I turn it off n back on my money drops from 2-3 million n change to 3 hundred n sumthin thousand!!! They seriously need to fix this problem, almost destroyed my ps4 exsperiencing this crap .

- lost all of my money out of a sudden after trying to play online. Told me my inventory did not match so I have to sync it in order to play. Yet, online did not work so I closed the game and restarted it coming to $0 in my game.... only had the game for 2 days and lost hard earned money.. lol

PS4 player guys. So, I just entered the game and it happened to me as well, but just for the money had an amount in the order of the 250k and had lost it all. The progress and rest was all normal. I fixed this by going to the Cloud Storage in my PS4, copied my last gameplay, the one I finished in that 250k mark, from the cloud to the in system storage of the PS4, restarted and accepted that item sinch * the same and got every cent back. Go passing the word so all of you guys try this solution until they fix it good. But I'm having the feeling we are gonna have to this not just once. Reply if it worked with you. Make sure to always check dates in files so you don't messit
