@GLADIATORS-FIRE1 Freeroam wasn't taken away. It was never implemented from the start. Plus they confirmed it is coming this year so what are you complaining about?
well something like this should have been in the game since release.
we will never know for sure if they skipped it for release and just released the game unfinished on purpose because they may couldn't finish it in time.. which is quite likely if you ask me, the important thing is when will they release it, cause the game is the most atractive the first months after release, as longer they wait as more they lose too.
i just hope they will release it in february max.
they confirmed it which is a good sign, but this year could mean everything even only releasing it at christmas, but i don't think so
As far as I know it is said that they skipped it because of some people want offline mode.
But they noticed that there some issues to implement it so they have to create a new tool.
Thats what I heard and read about free roam. I don`t know if this is true or just a rumor.
@xMrBabybelx That could be it. I mean maybe they pushed the release to implement free roam as a sort of update. I did hear that there was a description of online free roam when the game came out and they deleted. I mean I'm not mad about that. Maybe they just needed some extra time to work on it. We won't ever know I don't think.
Why people are saying we want free roam like NFS 2015? I don't its the same has the update only 8 racers in a large map. Free roam needs to be like NFSW. All the suggestions on making a better game and seems they did not listen and just did what they wanted. Then they say folks wanted offline, which is not true we only wanted to play story mode offline and then have online to race friends and race fellow racers. Ive lost interest in the game until improvements are done and if it will ever be a epic game like we want or are they scratching this one like they did with NFS 2015 which back then said they would build a better game. Story mode was good but online is not good at all.
@ln5aNeGuY I cant imagine them waiting all the way till the end of the year. I would say late this quarter or early Q3 at the latest. Chances are they have been working on it for a few months now. I would like to see something like, what I would like to call, "on the fly races" kind of like the roaming racers. So maybe they have a "challenge" button to where you can challenge and the other player can accept it or not.
