It's called lag. Either your internet connection is not good enough to receive and send all the data properly and on time, or the server where you are playing on is not capable of sending and receiving the data from all players quickly enough. Your computer might also be the problem in case you don't meet the requirements to play the game at a steady framerate. Here's a more detailed explanation about lag:
"In online gaming, lag is a noticeable delay between the action of players and the reaction of the server. Although lag may be caused by high latency, it may also occur due to insufficient processing power in the client and/or server."
Check your internet speed, both upload and download. Also, make sure you are connected with a cable and not using wireless connection.
I have a 16.000 Internet Connection and a I7 6core ECU with a GTX 580... I think the System is fast enough for all 🙂
Thats the reason I don't understand it doesn't work. Does nobody have the same Problem with online gaming NFS Most Wanted ?

I cant even play online yet (it's why I am here..)
having a great connection to the internets doesn't always give you a great connection to a game server.
I've got a 150mb fibre line in my house. without any setting up, my connection to some games is beyond a joke because I've not made the necessary changes that allow me to play that game online correctly. Battlefield 3 is an example of that.
It could also be that the other players have trashy connections also.
It could also be that they are infact misbehaving oiks.
If it happens every game and within that game every driver, I'm pointing at your connection/router/setup.
Else, it could be a combination of any of the above.

wtf is a 16.000 connection lol? you mean 16mbit? it's not a very good connection for starters, but it's most likely either your ISP having crappy routing to the EA servers or some hardware like your modem/router or something having prolbems with packet loss as said above. Make sure all of your ports are open as well.
I've never had any troubles playing online. Think i've been disconnected like twice or something from out of all of my game time online. Currently on a 250/100 fibre cable connection, but it was just as good as when i had 100/10. There is, however a cheat where you can make your car jump right up in the air. I've seen it a few times, but if the cars skips back and forth and so on it's just lag and packet loss.
