- Payment process:
Verify that your payment has successfully processed by going to http://origin.com/ and clicking the Customer Service link at the top of the page. - History on Origin client or website
Only your Origin.com purchases will be visible on this site, and orders made through the Origin Client can be viewed from within the client itself by clicking on Help in the top menu, then Order History. - Email
An email will be sent to you containing tracking information. Have you received this email?
Please check your spam or junk folders. Standard shipping takes 3-4 days, and Expedited shipping takes 1-2 days.
