My progress just got erased on need for speed rivals for xbox one
I logged in this morning and my racer and cop rank got reset all the way back to rank one. This is very annoying. I was just about to complete the game. Please help!

Unfortunately this has happend to quite a lot of people.
I have contacted EA Live Chat, they said they cannot do anything about it. They said I should post on the forum, but I am sure that will solve nothing unfortunately.
They did say its a sync issue with the servers, but I feel that is nonsense and that the progress data has actually been erased but they do not want to admit it.
They also said their engineers are working on the issue too.
Not holding my breath, if I were you and you dont want to start this game again, take it back to the shop and claim your money back under the Sale of Goods Act (Unfit for purpose/not as described), then buy something without EA written on it.
I am on PS4 and every EA game I have bought for PS4 has lost progress data (Battlefield 4, NFS:Rivals) and even on FIFA 14 Ultimate Team it would appear that my account details were given out to a third party by EA Help and my virtual coins (over 1.5 million) were then stolen.
EA make great games, but games full of bugs that will frustrate more than they will create enjoyment.
