My ultimate racer and ultimate cop packs were not included on my receipt
I contacted both gamestop and playstation about getting codes, and they both told me to try and contact ea about getting replacement codes
Hey there, AHQ is a public forum and we at AHQ cannot access your Origin profile or issue out registration or redemption codes.
If the game has just been unwrapped and opened, you can return to the retailer and convince them to issue you a new redemption or registration code.
Other wise you will need to contact Origin/EA support they will happily help you with your problem (https://help.ea.com/en/origin )
Once you have followed the link above press contact --> give information --> I still need help (located at the bottom of the page) and then press 'Create Live Chat'!
You will be connected with a EA agent that will assist you with your issues!
