Need for Speed™ Most Wanted Movie Legends Pack dose not show up in my games to download

 Need for speed  most wanted legends pack,  was paid for  (  I recieved reciept from pay pal . ) but  the game does not show up in my ganes in the origin platform  i have win 7  os 64 bit  lots of hard  drive space , I have contacted the online help support  team and spoke with jonathan , he spent a lot iof time trying to rectify the problem, but could not .  all other games i purchesd, show up and installed  no probs ,they show up in my games tag but not need for speed

 the only thing i can think,  that  may have affected it is  ( that i have instaled the softaware on my G/ : drive rather than on my c? drive)    as i have an ssd hard drive and i dont have much room on my ssd .

                                                                              I have bought and instaled three other games and they work aok ??  the other thing is jonathan gave me a phone no and told me he put in a report for it to be escalated but the phone no doesent work
