Need for Speed - The Run

Question

Hello, I got this game for Xbox 360 in 2016, I had not paid attention to multiplayer mode, this week I wanted to unlock some cars playing in Multiplayer mode, but when I try to play in "Playlist" it keeps loading and tells me "Session not found ".
If someone has this game on Xbox 360 I would like to know if maybe nobody plays in Multiplayer mode, because it is a somewhat old game lol.

@Retro-Pathfinder Yeah, I was playing BF3 in multiplayer perfectly the last week, It's a game problem. Maybe i need some update?
