Im stuck on the infinite loading screen. Tried the 5 minute waiting, checked my ports, restarting, power cycle xbox and modem, uninstalled and reinstalled my game, made sure my network settings where ok. I really like this game and this is bougas. i want some kind of compensation for my game not working. Fix this problem. My game has most recent update and im on xbox one.
When the infinite loading screen happens to me I just restart the game, choose daily challenges or crew play from the main menu instead of clicking the play tile and I get right on every single time.
Give it a try, it may work for you.

Oh, sorry Dylan. I hope you get to log on eventually. There is a really good Need For Speed game here once you can get logged in.
The only other thing I can think of is, are you on a land line for your internet connection? If you are, maybe you could try to connect over a wireless connection, if you have one available and see if that changes anything for you.
