Need For Speed 2015 Offline patch

I really hope NFS 2015 will get an offline patch one day. As it is an online-only game, once EA decides it's not profitable anymore and pulls the plug on the servers it will not be playable at all. Yes there is a single-player mode, but it still requires a connection to the servers. I really hope we don't get another "The Crew" situation and lose a very special game. NFS 2015 deserves to be saved. While there is no current intent from EA to shut it down (that we know off), who knows what will happen in the near future? The server capacity has clearly been reduced already, and some actions are clearly delayed. Please EA, don't kill this game. If you want to shut the servers down; fine, but at least let us continue to play it on our own.

    I wouldn’t know. I bought the game and tried to play it for the first time yesterday on PS4 and got an error about expired EA account credentials. Just last week I went in and changed my password and had to resynch my console after I rebuilt the consoles database because NFS Heat quit working in the middle of the game.

    It’s absurd to require us to be always connected to their servers to play a game and I shouldn’t have to in order to play single player! I do not play online/multiplayer. One of the reasons I have a console is so I don’t have to deal with errors,etc. I just put a game in and play. I don’t have time for that. EA games are the only ones I’ve ever had trouble with.
