need for speed 2015 stuck on loading screen

I just bought this game days ago, after chose my first car in alldrive, the game just stop responding. When I restart the game, it stuck on loading screen and windows says the game is not respond. I ...

It is possible these issues will be logged by the Windows Reliability Monitor. Please check the following and post anything you find that relates to NFS.

Open Control Panel
Open Security and Maintenance.
Expand the Maintenance Category, then select "View Reliability history" under the heading that reads "Check for solutions to problem reports."

In the graph click on the most recent X symbol that corresponds to the crash, in the details below right click the event and 'view technical details', copy and paste that info here please.

I've only see this problem on reliability monitor, sorry for the different language on the screenshot, even I've changed to English, it still have some Chinese on this screenshot.
