Subject: Urgent: Need for Speed Heat Ban Issue

Hello,

I am writing to report an issue I encountered recently. A few days ago, I purchased Need for Speed Heat on Steam and linked my old EA account to it. However, after downloading the game and trying to run it from the EA app, I received a message stating that I have been banned. I must mention that I have never played this game before on my EA account, so I do not understand how I could be banned in this circumstance. Additionally, when I attempt to open the game directly from Steam, I receive the same message.

I want to emphasize that I have never been banned on Steam for any game, which indicates that this is an EA issue, not a Steam issue. I would like this problem resolved as soon as possible. Despite previously contacting you and receiving a response indicating that the issue was fixed, the problem persists. I request a serious and thorough resolution this time.

@EA_BarryI sent 2 emails via the help center and got the exact same answer twice even if I still don't know what my account was suspended for.
I would really like to find another way to fix this. Maybe to get in contact for one with a human, not an no reply bot that is programed just to answer not to solve.

i will also post one picture to show that I think I got banned for something that is not existing.

As you can see in the picture there is nothing written in the " reason" section
