Need for Speed Carbon: Can not play online 2/16/16

Need for Speed Carbon no longer connects online for private or public matches. Is there a way to reset the servers?

    Our investigation concluded that users were able to connect to the Need for Speed servers (we tested this internally) and that they were able to play together (which is the users playing at this very moment that I was referring to in my previous post. Apologies if that was not clear from the original statement).

    Since we verified that the servers are working as intended, and that users are able to connect to each other, I'm afraid that there isn't more we can do from here at the moment.

    I submitted an Email directly through EA Help, with help through @EAHelp on Twitter too, but for some reason there wasn't a direct game category anymore for NFS Carbon, despite the fact NFS Underground 2 still had one? So I had to basically submit it through NFS Undercover as one of few selectable Xbox 360 NFS titles, and made sure to title/mention that it was for NFS Carbon instead due to there not being a direct category for some reason, but it seems almost 2 days later the EA Help Case has already marked as 'Closed'!? This doesn't bode well at all... :/ 😫

    @Lukester25 Its a real shame! I really, really wish they would allow us to connect online correctly at least for the remaining time left ☹️

    Agreed, if they insist on closing the servers by the end of August, then at least make sure they damn well work so that we can all play in the first place!
