Community AdminCan't play the game.
After I got the update, I cannot play the game at all. I press the A button on my controller and no response. I restarted my system. Still the same issue. Would like some assistance with this.

If it's not responding at all, on console that sounds like there might have been a profile issue. Can you try restarting your system and try again?
If this is ineffective, does swapping to a different profile have any effect?
Yep Xbox, and already restarted the system and still the same result, not able to press A at all. I did read the update notes stating will need a wheel and a controller to access the game. If that's true then I wasted money on this game and not to happy.
And I only have one profile.
Community Admin@InhumanLine13 Hey, that line is more to remind folks that just having a wheel attached might not be enough, they may need a pad connected too. You should be able to connect with just a pad. In fact, if you have any peripherals connected, can you remove these while we're trying to look into this.
If you haven't done so already, can you try a hard restart by holding the button on the front of your system, then check again after?
If this is ineffective, can you close down the game client for your main account, then swap to an alternative account as a test and see if that can progress.

So i found a fairly easy workaround for this issue, so hopefully it will work for everyone else that's having problems and can't play the game because literally no buttons work on the startup screen.
Just go to Looking for Group. I play on xbox so, just push the xbox button on your controller, go to the Multiplayer Tab, then Looking for Group at the bottom. (you don't have to join anyones party). Then Click Search Or Create Post, Pick NFSH, and go to any of those parties of people who are playing then view someones profile thats in those partys and join game. It should take you right in. You do not have to stay in their game if you dont want to. This is just so you can get around being stuck at the main menu. I hope it works for you guys, kinda sad we have to do things like this just to play the game..
