Community AdminCommunity AdminThank you. Are you using an Elite controller, or a standard one? Do you have another controller you can connect and test that? Alternatively can you try removing the batteries from your controller for a minute if it has removable batteries?
Ok. This is a standard controller for xbox one. The only controller I have and this is a rechargeable controller that comes with a charge cord. Tried it with and without the cord. And other games on my system works fine. At the end of the day I don't have time to be stressing out about this. Since there is no true fix, I just won't play the game. Might uninstall it and file a complaint.
