- Capitao_Vacilo6 years agoRising Traveler@Gujer323 I don't know if this will be your case, but currently some players are having some sync issues with the online server and can't play online, but when these people can connect they have their inventory reset (cars, parts, money, etc...). I know this because unfortunately it happened to me.
This problem is probably server sided, but so far we have not received EA answers or solution on this issue. Thanks. I can connect with my profile. It is something profile specific. I have customized his restrictions to almost none. With his profile we continue to get a message that says this account cannot connect. There are several reasons why and go to the trouble shooting page. All connectivity tests are good, reset the router, reinstalled the game, etc. This is really frustrating.
- @Gujer323 Per EA, they are telling me that the kid needs to be 18 in order to go online on it. They go off of his EA account signin. If it says he is under 18, that is why it is not allowing him to go online. I am working on an issue with this currently with my son, who is 12 and wants to play with me online.
- @karichie33-gamer Same problem here :/
I got the problem fixed. Call EA. They will have to change the birthday of your kid to say he is 18. It will take a couple of weeks, but they do will fo it if you provide a couple of pieces of information to them to prove you are you. Then, when they do turn 18, they can go back and get them to change their birthdates to the correct one.
Like I said, that is what I did, and now my doin can play all ea games online. And if I do want to monitor him, I can still setup parental controls in the console.
Good luck. Like I said, call EA. It's their restriction that controls the gameplay, not the console. You can get the number from EA website. Same dude where your EA profile resides.
