I smell a ghost inside job here. Fishy? Heat thus far is crap, first DLC crap, drifting still not fixed so car slides like in nfs 2015. Second DLC 300zx and it is top of your list what do you work for ghost? Total BS Forza puts in 1995 Supra and NFS giving us the 300zx which is an irrelevant car another mid life crisis sport car wannabe. Why not one of the most hyped cars in ages the 2020 mid engine corvette. If you wanted to make a splash maybe create prechristmas boost in sales that would do it. How about a car that put McLaren on the map their F1? There wouldn’t be a McLaren today without it’s success. How about a slew of Lemans LMP1 or LMP2 class cars something new for NFS not a recycle from past games. A Callaway Corvette, a Henessey Viper, the Henessey Venom? A Bugatti? Put a 300zx on top of a list and rumor has it that’s what we’re getting that’s a little fishy and outright criminal. The polestar was useless modding it out with engine swaps no different that with the car already in game and putting it at that price? Not getting that playtime back for that POS. You should get you full money back if you sell a car in less you Han 2 hours of gameplay with it. Why cause there are too many cars that wind up being crap. Ghost needs some designers who aren’t geeks in segways people that are true car ethusiasts who have been to auto shows lol, these past two games make me want to pull out the SNES to play Mariokart, slot machine parts shop in payback, day/night mode in heat, * ideas that shouldn’t even of made it onto a dam sticky note. Not one car on your list does anything for me. A dodge demon, Cherokee Trackhawk? A Salween Mustang, SVT lightning. NFS franchise might as well close up shop if they aren’t even gonna try to put out a good game and just bank on legacy sales (guaranteed revenue from core franchise fan base) cause that all they are doing. 90% of the cars in the game unchanged across 4 titles now. Paybacks entire map, collectible, event, race locations completely recycled from an old NFS game from PS3 days and they get away with. No they have to do a lot better work on their DLCs than putting in a 300zx. More races (a story mode extension) the same dam drift type races that 2015 had, they should never had been shelved bunch of tools.
- 6 years ago@FPVDREY76 I agree fully with everything you said EXCEPT putting LMP cars in the game. They don't belong in an arcade racer. You want those, go play forza.
They really did drop the ball, hell, I'm not sure they even picked it up from the last 2 games, just sort of kicked it into the gutter and from there rolled it in dog sht.
If they actually cared they'd be on here defending their choices, but nope, they're running to the bank and not looking back. I wouldn't be surprised if it's the last game that EA gets Ghost to do.
