Need for speed heat deluxe edition not save the progess

after i buy nfs heat deluxe edition and play it for some hours i notice that the game didn't save the progress . i also check the need for speed file there is no save game and i also test to play the...

    @EA_Illium Hello EA staff right now seem like i have already fixed the problem by myself . All i do at that time is i run the game as normal at first then i can open the game after that i just run back as administrator to my game autosave thats all thanks for helping me.

    hello sir it seem the problem that i have before ' my game wont save the progress is fixed after i run the game as administrator and i can play like around 12 hours but today when i try to open the game its have another problem ' displayname field missing from registry' and after i put the email and my ea name it still showing that display name again and again how to fix it sir?

      Hey @hlz4ggvhh0wa Apologies for the delay, if you are still running into either issues, can we give the following steps a shot?

      1. Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates
      2.  Repair the game files in the EA app. Go to the Library and find your game. Click the Manage icon, then click Repair.
      3. Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
      4. Troubleshoot your connection to EA games
      5. Check if any background applications are stopping the EA app or your game.

        After i follow all the step up there it still showing the display field missing from registry. I wonder are there any solution that can fixed that?
