Need For Speed Heat Fix Fps Drops (possible stuttering)

So while playing nfs heat i noticed(of course i noticed im not stupid) Fps Drops the size of boulders like from 50 fps to 20 and also saw that some other people have the same problem 

and i tried something that fixed it 

Turning fps cap in RivaTuner to 30 and instead of having unlimited fps i had capped to 30 and fixd the drops (idk if stutter) 

The big drops and stutter of the fps come from the engine Unreal Engine 4 because star wars jedi fallen order has the same engine and issue i hope i helped

You could also try to create in the game directory a user.cfg file and put in the commands

Thread.ProcessorCount 4
Thread.MaxProcessorCount 4
Thread.MinFreeProcessorCount 0
Thread.JobThreadPriority 0
GstRender.Thread.MaxProcessorCount 8

(for bigger fps and reduced cpu usage)
