Need for speed heat is not saving my career progress, always starting from 0. can anyone help me ?

same here it just happend to me i lost all my cars all my money all my progress and even my ultamate parts but yet im lvl 50
Just experienced this problem on Xbox One... pff looked forward to play the game again, lost all mij progress.
It lost all offline progress I think.
