Need For Speed heat not available in russian

In the language options for Need For Speed Heat on PC, it doesn't show Russian out of all the languages. And I know that it is available in that language because I have people on youtube play it on that language. I want to play NFS Heat in that language, but maybe its because I bought the game in the US. 

Any help would be appreciated.
