need for speed heat not working

I can’t get passed the first screen on need for speed heat , I tried using my other controller and it Finally worked but my car is super slow it goes faster when it’s in reverse , I’ve deleted the game 3 times and redownloded it and still doing the same thing even tried making a new account to try an restart till this problem is fixed but it’s still doing the same thing
