Need For Speed Heat Ownership Updated Error Message

Apparently they never fixed this ownership bug. It's still there since I just got it. So what ownership reward am I supposed to be getting for having NFS Payback and how do I collect it? If this isn't real, then why are they false advertising about  a reward that never existed in the first place?
