Summarize your bug I received this message very recently and it said "Ownership Updated As you no longer have access to Need For Speed Rivals,2015, and Payback any associated rewards have been removed and can no longer be used in the game. For more information, please contact EA customer service."

What happens when the bug occurs? I don't know it pops up every time I load up in the Garage.
