need for speed heat random crashes

Good morning,

I bought NFS Heat recently for my PC, but I can't play it.

I am on Windows 10 with the latest updates, I have an Nvidia 1070 and I updated its drivers.

The game crashes after 5/10 minutes since its launch.

I couldn't go through the first cutscene because the game crashes after or during it.

I wanted to refund the game to Origin, but I can't: if I knew this issue I would have bought it for the PS4.

What can I do to solve the problem? Someone else experienced the same issue?

    I solved my problem!

    For everyone who will check this thread, I'll share how I fixed it.

    I have an NVIDIA GTX 1070 and it was really weird that the game crashed after 10/15 minutes of gameplay.

    The problem was in my BIOS: I have an ASUS motherboard and there was an "Overclock" option that was put on "Enabled", but when I switched it to "Automatic" all went well and the game never crashed again! :D

    The solution was so simple, hope you fix your issues, bye!

    keep crashing until now (2021)

    when it crash, terrain is not render or stuck on loading screen.

    I can't force kill the game process. Game closed but game process still there in task manager.

    It cause drives info(graph) in task manager gone and cause my PC unable to restart or shut down anymore (Windows is not freeze, still working normally but It cause stuck on shutting down/restarting screen)

    My PC specification is AMD Ryzen 7 3700X, Radeon RX6700XT, 3200MHz 16GB of RAM, 500GB WD Black SSD, latest version Windows 10 Pro (21H1), latest Radeon Software.

    It's not hardware problem. I can play many game perfectly fine. Only NFS heat is keep crashing my PC

    yup this is causing my pc to overheat and crash.  even on the lowest settings.

    i have AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core Processor 4.20 GHz, 16 GB ram, and an RTX 2070 Super

    this seems to be a very common problem and has been know for years with nothing being done about it.
