On 10/20/25 there was a aws outage and ever since then the “find session” no longer works for xb players. It will try searching for the first time but will stop soon after and each subsequent time the search is shorter and shorter until it just kicks you back to the online multiplayer menu screen. The only way we can play is to create a match. Please fix ASAP!
Facing same issue from USA too. When is this going to get fixed? Is there an ETA? EA too slow to resolve this frustrating issue.
I have the same issue, it’s been a issue for me for the past month, the only way I’m able to play is if someone invites me and or creating a new lobby/session, the finding session for any series/mode does not work it would search and then kick you back to the multiplayer main menu and the quick play also does not work, I have uninstalled /reinstalled game, reset wifi, restarted game, nothing works I thought it was a issue just with my account/xbox
Almost a month later and still no sign of a fix.

12/10/2025, and still not working, when will this be fixed?? I’m wasting too much money on xbox gamepass to play online just for it to not even work in need for speed hpr
Going on 3 months and almost Christmas & still no fix. What are we paying for 😡
Yep after the second month I dropped my subscription and went back to PlayStation to play my nfs, miss my Xbox ps5 controller is trash bulky and square and my Xbox driver friends are stuck suffering no games, psn night_riderz_rev add me and we can get lobbies started that way
And when you create that match you hardly ever find anyone you will be sleep by the time u get to play
Please bring this game back, it happens to be one of the only three good games in the entire franchise alongside Porsche Unleashed and Hot Pursuit II.
