haven't tried, i just sended a error report by using ea app. hope this works...

  Hi @vembw, I wanted to check I see you have the RTX graphics and intel Xe Graphics. Can you confirm via Nvidia, and Windows settings your using the Nvidia card?

    it's a laptop, when playing game, it will switch to Nvidia geforce 4060 laptop graphic card automatically.
    i think switching the graphic card won't cause the game crash.
