Can we start by giving the following a try first?

• Repair your game via the EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair)
• Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery) 
• Connection and Advance Connection Guides 
• Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
• Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates

To confirm does your device find any issues when you run the System File Checker tool? Also, your Dxdiag is reporting your AMD driver is dated at 3/28/2023, do you have any more recent updates we can try installing?
