- Problem is same. I bought game on SONY XPERIA Z 1 compact, and now i bought new phone HUAWEI P10 and it does not let me play or download, only error 5003...
For those who are interested, I opened a chat with EA support and this is the thread of our conversation regarding this issue.
TLDR: Someone has overlooked this game and it has either been taken down from the servers or certain files have been overwritten by mistake, they are currently working on a fix (supposedly) - thats my takeaway from the conversation anyway.- Still need help with this issue i have tried the turning my wifi off thing but no luck.
