First of all, only one graphics processor will work at a time so the onboard Intel GPU is redundant. I would try updating my video drivers, making sure to reboot the system afterwards. If that doesn't help, try unistalling NFSMW then reinstalling it from your Origin account. Good luck!
Yeah, 15 minutes of loading time seems a bit exagurated? Who would wait such a long time? I would have though it crashed or just stalled...
Those loading times seems more like it's having trouble of reading the files or likewise. Maybe you should perform a scan on the drive you've installed the game to and then defrag it.
