Community ManagerFirst try right clicking the game in Origin and then Repair Game.
If the problem continues then try running the following DirectX installers manually:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Need for Speed(TM) Most Wanted\D3D11Installer\D3D11Install.exe
C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Need for Speed(TM) Most Wanted\__Installer\directx\redist\DXSETUP.exe

Unfortunately neither of those methods work. I ran D3D11Install first and then ran the Dxsetup after that(is that how i was supposed to do it?), which took me through an installation wizard. Then i tried clicking install on the game and the message "Error: A redistributable package (D3D11Install.exe) was not installed successfully. Setup cannot continue. 🏈" Also the "repair game" option does not appear for Need for Speed.

The fix there did not work either, the box was not checked to begin with. I used different combinations of running Eaproxyinstall and Origin itself with the compatibility mode on and off and nothing changed after i tried the last fix.
