need for speed most wanted(2012) error

I installed the game and when I go to run it, it always theres an error." invalid license. reason code= missing DLL D3DCOMPILER_43.dll   error:0x000000c1. it says when I try to exit is out..." are y...

    ok thanks, but I reinstalled it for the 3rd time after my pc did an update and now it works just fine!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
