need for speed multiplayer car reset

In multiplayer i am noticing the car reset after crashing is getting beyond a joke,i have on many occasion ended up reversing and getting the car back on track without losing any places but then the car resets regardless,even if its just a small collision i am still having my car reset causing me to end up in last place as the game hangs for 8-10 seconds before reappearing ,i was hoping before EA went and released more content that they would at least patch the  game and getting it 100% working
