Need for speed no limit

I have a problem with Tuner Trials. Its can’t play my account it’s showing extreme every time. 
it’s locked to extreme BMW M3 cupe. 
i cant get any upgrade kit because it’s extreme. My campaign mode is stopped. 
my cars can’t upgrade because I don’t have any upgrade kit. Is it normal. Please help me
