Need for speed no limits bug

After every few special event races I get a popup saying ; item retrieval failed , the store items could not be found. please make sure you logged into a Google account on your device and try again. And I am logged in , it says that everytime I select the division in multiplayer and it says that everytime I try to open the store also.
