Need for speed no limits i've been banned and i cant enter my game

I have played this game for 2 months now. this is the 3rd time i lost my progress and save-data.

Today i opened the game, and i get a message in dutch like:  Je account is uitgesloten.

I feel totally *-up about this. I * hate losing my progress. I can't even retreive my players-ID to submit a issue.

my user and acount in nfs no limits is banned why,I dont know.My user name is Ćira Serbia,and if that problem,on national,I rename that but i cant log in game.------You have been banned---- write on start...

anybody know what to do??How unbann ando who may unbann account?

I'm also banned in NFS No Limits and i'm not sad even though I work hard to play it night and day and don't have much sleep because of playing but now i'm banned. I guess i'll quit playing NFS NL.
