After winning razor I didn't get the car and 150 gold and the game shut down. Please help

I completed "Return of Razor" special event and I got 150 Gold and the BMW M4 F82 (Razor).
Like how did No Limits shut down on you? Do you mean game crashed when you were about to get 150 Gold and the BMW M4 F82 (Razor)?
The "Return of Razor" special event ended at 8 pm EST today.
