Need for Speed No Limits Store Packs and Blueprint

I have two challenges in NFS: No limit

1. The packs to buy different models of cars not shoing again.
2. Concerning the premium crates car the total number of blueprint is not addiing up for example if i have 12 blueprint pending the 5x premium crates the number should be 7 remaining however everything is still 12x i raise the issue up with support few months ago but nothing has been done since then.
