I think I found the problem, do you happen to use a bluetooth Xbox controller? It was the bluetooth connection keep on interfere with the game causing it to crash the whole pc, I switch to a regular usb controller and it works fine now!
Hi cxyu825,
No, I dont use a bluetooth Xbox controller. I use a Razer Onza USB controller.
I'll try switching it up and see if that fixes things.
Thanks for your input and help, you're the first person who has helped... EA should be paying you and not their "Tech Support" staff. They seem to be useless.

tried using wired controller, wireless controller, afterglow controller, mouse and keyboard none of this seems to matter for me, just after playing a hour or so the game and pc crashes completely and reeboots.

I am in the same as GoldArtifact302. I've tried mouse and keyboard, keyboard, and wired controllers. Still no joy. Computer hard locks and I have to reboot.
I have not downloaded any custom wraps to modify my cars, mostly because I have not been able to get into the game long enough to get into checking out the garage and mods I could do before the game locks up.
What a waste of $100 this game was.
