Need for speed payback pre order

hello all,I have pre ordered need for speed payback deluxe edition on the PS4 and i had some questions regarding the download.I am not sure about other platforms but on PS4 the game has downloaded on my console as of 31st of October though it is unplayable till the 7th.The main file has finished downloading but the high roller pack (durable) and the platinum car pack are still waiting to install. i am unable to manually initiate the download even though i have ample space for storage.will the add-on's install on the 7th or is there something that i need to do on my end to install them before the 7th?looking forward to hearing from you and thank you for your time.

Hi, I guess that the Platinum car and High Roller packs are "unlocked" in november 7.

I’ve just come to use my ore ordered game for the first time and the downloads you mentioned are still waiting to install on my game and it’s now the 8th.Did you get round the problem?
