Need for speed payback stuck on a loading screen(Xbox One)

Question

Need for speed payback is stuck loading and prevents me from playing. doesn't even get past the "loading saved data"

I do NOT want to start all over from the beginning. this is not what I play this game for.

So I bought Payback on My PS4. Again and Played it but the n it stays on the start saying “Loading Saved Game” Any Help? rather than deleting the saved file and restarting from the start.&nbsp;

Assuming you have already power cycled your console and router before retrying, I do not really see another option other than to delete the probably corrupted save.

The game doesn't start. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game and there are no saved files as I have installed the game for the first time. What do I do?
