Need for speed payback stuck on a loading screen(Xbox One)

Need for speed payback is stuck loading and prevents me from playing. doesn't even get past the "loading saved data" I do NOT want to start all over from the beginning. this is not what I play this ...

So I bought Payback on My PS4. Again and Played it but the n it stays on the start saying “Loading Saved Game” Any Help? rather than deleting the saved file and restarting from the start.

Assuming you have already power cycled your console and router before retrying, I do not really see another option other than to delete the probably corrupted save.

    The game doesn't start. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game and there are no saved files as I have installed the game for the first time. What do I do?
