If you don't have the deluxe edition of NFS payback but only have the standard edition you will have to buy it other eise deluxe edition owners get it for free
I can confirm that the PS store is charging for the speedcross update.
I have also bought the deluxe edition and when I wanted to download the speedcross update, the price remained visible until the final step of purchase, I didn’t download it because I don’t want to pay for something I have already paid for ( with the purchase of the deluxe edition )
Please EA fix this as it is clearly a problem for a lot of people who bought the deluxe edition.
