    PS4 Deluxe and Deluxe Upgrade players may see a price shown as you have but once you proceed further you should see it as available for free.

Update 1.06 was just a patch for some bug fixed things in the new dlc.
I read on twitter they are still working on the problem with Sony
That deluxe owners get charged for the speedcross story.

    I just start the game and the Speedcross DLC is free to download now if you are an Deluxe owner.
