Need For Speed Pro Street, how to remove frame rate cap?

Pro Street 1.1 runs at 30 FPS. How do I fix it? DON'T tell me to downgrade to 10. That's not a solution. Christ...

I looked around for you but couldn't find anything on uncapping the FPS with the 1.1 patch.

I hope that other players might be able to answer your question.
